Los Molinos de Puerto Octay

El Proyecto

Molinos de Puerto Octay is a rural community development just five minutes from the city of Puerto Octay in the stunning Llanquihue Lake basin, an area of Chile’s Lakes District.

The four hectares (2.47 acres) of native forrest preserved exclusively for the community are a refuge for local species such as Tepas, Lumas, Canals and ancient Alerces. Here, amidst the branches, a special tree house makes it possible for adults and children alike to escape to a magical place of play and meditation where nature’s beauty can truly be absorbed.

-comfortable and secure access (illuminated and controlled roads)
-underground cabling

Its greenways and common areas are ideal for outdoor activities such as walking, hiking, birdwatching or simply taking inspiration from within its forrests.

Its native vegetation, unmatched views and natural environment give make this a unique and one of a kind project.
